Ian Wright
Ian joined Cartwright Pickard Architects in 1997 after studying Architecture at the Universities of Nottingham and Sheffield and has played a crucial role in establishing the Northern Office.
He was a key member of the CPA team working with Michael Hopkins and Partners on the £126 million DSS Headquarters, Newcastle.
Ian has project managed a £1 million mill conversion in Leeds, been a key member of the CPA team on a £2 million new build project for the University of Nottingham, which employed off-site fabrication techniques, and been a team member on the £1 million refurbishment of a carpet warehouse into a successful restaurant and night club in Leeds.
Ian played a key role in a successful competitive bid for a contemporary and energy efficient office development in Doncaster and was part of a competition team involving both offices for a ground breaking sustainable building concept, for the Joseph Rowntree Foundation in York.
Ian has recently completed the £7 million housing development at Canklow and is leading the team delivering the £7 million mixed use development at High Fisher Gate in Doncaster.
