Such feedback provides the best measure of our success in achieving the goals for physical comfort and emotional wellbeing. We incorporate the data received from revisits with knowledge gained during the construction process by working with specialist subcontractors and consultants. Overall we combine both sources of information to create a formidable appreciation of demand-side needs and supply-side possibilities.
Extensive experience has given us a detailed picture of the variations necessary to produce comfort and wellbeing in particular sectors of the market and different categories of use. This knowledge and the flexible way we apply it allows us to understand and respond to specialist needs and to changing trends. It also helps us to see how different activities can interact beneficially, useful knowledge in inner city, mixed use and masterplanning projects.
