A mixed-use development in Sheffield City Centre with new build student accomodation funding the conversion of a listed building into offices/A3 use.
Great care has been taken to ensure that the new development sits well within in its historic setting. Many of the Victorian buildings currently in situ have been retained with A3 Food and Drink and B1 Business uses predominantly within the existing buildings and clustered student accommodation within the new courtyard buildings.
The layout of the development is clearly divided into old and new, with small scale blocks creating a visual break.
