Canklow
The project provides 71 new affordable homes on the Canklow Estate in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The site was one of the first to be developed in Rotherham’s housing market renewal programme. All the new homes are timber framed and highly insulated and solar thermal panels are installed on every roof. The development has an EcoHomes rating of ‘Very Good’.
