This is a proposal for a “sustainable” mixed-use development in York city centre on the banks of the River Foss. The proposed building incorporates leisure, office, affordable and private residential uses.
The different uses are arranged in horizontal layers with residential accommodation uppermost and terraced to provide roof top gardens.
