Demonstration Houses
Two demonstration houses for Chongqing Real Estate College which showcase the use of light gauge steel technology as an innovative construction technique. Despite its popularity elsewhere, this form of construction is currently underused in the Chinese residential sector.
The houses take the form of two, three-storey town houses positioned as a stepped terrace and use passive systems such as solar panels and wind chimneys.
