Dubai Sports City
This tower, which will stand at 21 stories, will be part of the Sports City development , a short distance from both the World and Palm man-made islands. The build will consist of two parts - mixed residential and retail quarters and a tower of luxury apartments. The apartments are a spacious 2,500 sq ft and residents will have access to a resident’s gym and pool. Two penthouses sit at the top of the tower, with garden space shaded by the design of the exterior cladding. The design will aim to reconcile environmental issues and the moderation of 50°+ external temperatures.
