Replacing a petrol station and converting a 1960s office building, this scheme recycles a brownfield site in Hackney into innovative hostel housing for keyworkers. It contains studio apartments and two bedroom flats designed for sharing. The project contributes to the public realm with a new landscaped courtyard and a cafe.
