Residential development for one of 15 sites in the Elephant and Castle Early Housing Project in London. The building is 3 to 5 storeys above ground with commercial and community uses at ground level. It comprises a total of 107 apartments, 6 contemporary townhouses and three retail units.

The urban design incorporates a courtyard garden at its heart, as well as winter gardens and rooftop terraces. All the units are spacious and designed to Lifetime Homes Standards.
