RIBA Student Mentoring

Cartwright Pickard are very proud to be taking part in the RIBA Student Mentoring programme facilitating successful collaboration between academia, RIBA and practice.

The RIBA North West mentoring programme in partnership with the four Schools of Architecture in the region, offers second and third year Part 1 undergraduates practical preparation and help for their career and personal development. It gives the opportunity for students and mentoring practitioners to discuss and develop joint understanding of professional practice in the context of the rapidly-changing role of architects, excellent preparation for the year-out experience.

Cartwright Pickard’s Manchester office are delighted to be working with students from the Manchester Metropolitan University with visits to the office, potential design charrettes on some of our current projects and a building tour of our XYZ building planned so far. We are sure it’s going to be a great learning experience all round!
