Associate/Senior Architect (Leeds)

Careers

We’re seeking an experienced architect with a minimum of 10 years' post qualification experience looking to move to the next level. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious, talented individual with excellent design, technical and communication skills gained in a UK architectural practice. You’ll be exposed to the full scope of our award-winning Leeds studio, leading projects across a range of sectors and scales.

Confident dealing with clients, you will bring experience of leading teams through all RIBA work stages, a collaborative mindset and a proven track record of delivering high-quality design. As well as an in-depth understanding of technical design standards and legislation, you will be proficient in Revit and a strong communicator both visually and verbally.

We will also look to you to represent the practice at external events, take an active role in the evolution of our working processes and guide our junior staff. Expertise in urban design and masterplanning would also be advantageous.

We believe that good architecture comes from people whose creativity and ingenuity is appreciated. At our open-plan studios in London, Leeds and Manchester, we’ve created an open, fair and friendly culture which allows our diverse team of talented individuals to flourish. We’ve held an Investors in People Silver accreditation since 2010, which is almost unique in our profession. We put a lot into the development and training of our staff. In return, we expect you to be at the top of your game, ambitious to learn and progress.
