We’re looking for a marketing manager with 1-3 years’ experience to join our team in London. Working closely with our senior marketing manager and directors, this is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious and talented individual who is full of ideas to make an impact across the new business, external and internal comms activities of a thriving architectural practice.

You will have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally from architecture or the construction industry however, we will consider all applicants who can show us that they’d be a good fit. You’ll be an expert at translating architecture design and technical information into clear, compelling and jargon free collateral, such as brochures, reports, presentations, and social content, as well as assisting with bids and competitions and leading on strategies for internal communications firmwide.

Main duties:

  • Create impactful brochures, presentations and bid submissions using approved templates
  • Developing and implementing an engaging content plan for our website, Twitter and Instagram
  • Assisting with the production of award submissions and press releases
  • Leading internal communications strategies and updating our intranet
  • Help organising client and staff events
  • Marketing admin: maintaining our CRM, bid library and image library, downloading tender documentation and clarifications

You will ideally have:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Brilliant Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skills (essential)
  • Excellent writing and proofreading ability (essential)
  • An upbeat, open-minded and curious attitude
  • Interest in people, place and planet, especially design that takes climate action
  • A commitment to developing a marketing career e.g. working towards CIM/CIPR accreditation
