Building on our strong reputation in the workplace and residential sectors, we’re seeking an ambitious architect working at a senior level with at least 10 years’ post qualification experience to lead the growth of our Higher Education portfolio.
Confident dealing with clients, you will bring experience of leading teams through all RIBA work stages, a collaborative mindset and a proven track record of delivering high-quality design. As well as an in-depth understanding of technical design standards and legislation, you will be proficient in Revit and a strong communicator both visually and verbally.
You will need to be able to leverage a strong portfolio and existing college/university and contractor/developer connections to hit the ground running and quickly open new opportunities for the practice. With a natural talent for building relationships and an appetite for winning new business, we are looking for a sector leader who is up for the challenge of taking on a senior position with a high level of responsibility within a well-established practice.
