Our work involved an analysis of the town’s urban structure, identifying its strengths and weaknesses with a focus on the potential for public realm to improve connections between the town’s existing assets, and improve the setting and access to future development sites.

Key was the potential for future change and so we identified phases of work which can offer immediate, deliverable benefits and can offer a direction of travel for medium to long-term changes.
