The scheme responds to the Government’s increased push for the redevelopment of underutilised inner-city brownfield locations, where demand for housing is more pronounced.

The location presents many challenges with established residential and industrial activities directly overlooking the site, coupled with constrained access arrangements.

Our response introduces a landscaped mews, increasing biodiversity with the garden as a focal point at the centre of the site, around which a new community is arranged, fostering social focus and cohesion.

The scheme re-interprets the traditional London mews and seeks to build a community as much as it does homes, enabling residents to reconnect with nature and community.

Shared entrances and ground floor apartments which front the gardens, contribute to a vibrant and lively atmosphere for residents.

Dwellings are a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments which showcase high ceilings, large windows, and projecting private balconies, helping to achieve dual aspect on 80% of properties.

Bringing the brownfield site into productive use, and delivering high quality homes where people can put down roots.
