The development includes a range of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments including 24% family homes and 10% wheelchair accessible homes spread across all flat types.

The new community centre will enhance the sports and community facilities currently on site. With accommodation split over four storeys, it will provide two separate community groups with a new sports hall, boxing gym, fitness room, nursery and other flexible spaces to support a greater community outreach programme.
