James Pickard was invited to present our plans for 2 and 3 Angel Square at Architecture Today's webinar on 'Designing for Net Zero Performance'
In his presentation, James talks about how we take a 'design for peformance' approach on projects and how 2 and 3 Angel Square are designed to achieve net zero operational energy (as defined by the UK Green Building Council), BREEAM Outstanding and a five star NABERS rating. The project at NOMA in Manchester for MEPC will create over 400,000 sqft of new office space.
