AMRC North West named Lancashire Project of the Year
Our AMRC (Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre) North West project with The University of Sheffield and Robertson Group has been named Lancashire Project of the Year at the North West Construction Awards.
The development combines modern office workspace with a flexible high-tech workshop facility at the gateway to the new Samlesbury Aerospace Enterprise Zone in Lancashire.
The judges said: "This was an excellent submission well evidenced with clear demonstrations of delivery against the range of Constructing Excellence principles. The project delivers to the sub-region and beyond a state-of-the-art facility that encourages investment in advanced manufacturing and technologies – a catalyst for inward investment."
