At the end of 2022, the Architects' Journal returned to our very first built project, Murray Grove. They concluded that the project "has stood the test of time as an exemplar of ‘modern methods of construction’."

Murray Grove created 30 affordable homes in a building composed of steel-framed modules which were fully factory-fitted internally, with doors and windows installed. The modules were delivered to site by a precisely timed cavalcade of lorries and craned into their positions within 10 days; the entire five-storey stair and lift cylinder was delivered in a single crane-drop.
