We're delighted to share that the RIBA Award Shortlisted Bromley Town Hall has been shortlisted again for an AJ Retrofit Award under the Conservation and historic category (Over 5mn).
Bromley Town Hall sensitively transforms multiple Art Deco sites into a highly flexible and sustainable co-working space, restaurant and a 24-bedroom boutique hotel.
Our work sought to repurpose two unoccupied Grade II-listed heritage assets while preserving the character for which they’re loved.
The result, a new Bromley Town Hall, connects and reinvigorates these buildings to futureproof an important local landmark which now supports a much wider mixed-use function.
It also serves as the blueprint for how to successfully repurpose disused heritage buildings for the greater good of the local community and planet.
