This new phase will consolidate the values that have shaped our work for the past 26 years and equip the team to meet a range of future priorities. Moving to an employee-owned model, will protect our ethos and culture, and futureproof the business for years to come. We have ambitious plans to grow the business over the coming years, while continuing to provide an excellent service to our clients and deliver the high-performing architecture for which we have become well known. As part of this continuing evolution, we have appointed Ross Ogilvie, Charles Dymond, Leo Arnold, and David Roberts as Directors to support our Founding Directors, Peter Cartwright, and James Pickard. Elizabeth Crawford, Richard Brattle, and Peter Cartwright have been appointed as Directors of the Employee Ownership Trust board. We look forward to this new era in the life of Cartwright Pickard and the benefits that Employee Ownership will bring to our staff, clients, and collaborators.
