Our work to redevelop Brixton's historic Olive Morris House has been highly commended at this year's Secured By Design (SBD) ATLAS Awards. 

We worked closely with a Designing Out Crime Officer (DOCO) from the Metropolitan Police to ensure the new development, providing 74 properties in three residential blocks over commercial and retail spaces, was secured by design. 

This meant adopting SBD-accredited products such as specialist post and parcel boxes from the Safety Letter Box Company to reduce theft. We also incorporated full audio-visual access control points to deliver a automated visitor access strategy, removing the needs

The implementation of a secondary doors across the development and neighbouring Lambeth Archives were introduced to reduce the risk of assaults on staff, an issue faced by the nearby Lambeth Civic Suite.
