NEWS: McLaren gets go-ahead for Grade II listed Leeds student scheme  

 

It's full steam ahead for Springfield House in Leeds which receives planning approval from Leeds City Council for the development of a 334-bed purpose built student accommodation scheme around the refurbished Grade II Listed home, a former 18th Century mansion house turned research facility.

Accommodation comprises a mix of 194 cluster flat bedrooms and 140 studio flats for the local student population, expressed in two new wings either side of the House which serves as the scheme's main entrance and houses extensive amenities including a gym, study space, a games room, dining areas and landscaped courtyards.
