Topping out at Merrick Place, providing 575 mixed-tenure homes for London
This week, we celebrated topping out at Merrick Place in Southall, comprising four separate buildings of between 15 and 23 storeys with a 2-storey podium, marking a major project milestone.
It was wonderful to come together with our partners, Sovereign Network Group, Grainger and Vistry and share in the excitement of this transformative project which will provide 575 new homes across built-to-rent, private and affordable tenures, vibrant commercial spaces, and thoughtfully designed landscaping for the local community.
We look forward to the next chapter of this exciting development and providing much needed quality homes for London.
