Charles was also instrumental in securing planning permission for a new civic building for Crawley Borough Council which will provide over 4,000 sqm customer service and office space, and is currently leading on Merrick Place, a mixed-use urban regeneration scheme for Stanhope and Network Homes creating 575 new homes across built-to-rent, private and affordable tenures.
