David joined the practice in 2007 and has worked across a wide range of sectors, specialising in the design of offices and residential-led mixed use projects.
David was key in the design and delivery of the residential buildings in our Lambeth Civic Quarter masterplan, Somerset Place and Olive Morris House. Somerset Place provides 94 new homes with 40% being affordable. Olive Morris House is currently on site and will provide a further 74 once completed.
He has also led on our Brunel Street Works project, a pair of mixed-use towers which include 335 new homes and a 152-bed hotel. Through the standardisation of apartment layouts and window details, we have been able to achieve a higher quality of work while keeping the costs and programme on track.
David was a key part of our successful proposal for Horsham Enterprise Park, an 18.5 acre masterplan which will provide BREEAM Outstanding office spaces and up to 300 new homes.
David has a strong knowledge of our regulatory responsibilities and takes a key role in preparing the practice for new building standards and regulations.
