Ross originally joined the Leeds office in 2001 and was project architect for a number of large residential new build and conservation projects.
Ross rejoined the practice in 2012 to establish a new Manchester office and is currently Associate Director for a number of cutting edge commerical and public sector office schemes including Allied London’s recently completed £30m XYZ Building in Spinningfields, a competition winning scheme for Argent at Manchester Airport City and he recently secured planning permission for Manchester Good’s Yard, a 475,000 sqft mixed-use development that will combine retail, leisure and office space with live/work duplex apartments.
With specialist skills in brief development, architectural design, feasibility studies, stakeholder engagement and fast track procurement, Ross has led the practices involvement in a number of substantial private sale and PRS development bids in the north west.
Before rejoining the practice, Ross worked at senior architect and associate level at respected international architecture practices leading a number of complex higher educational projects including the delivery of a higher education campus for a north west further education establishment. He has been heavily involved in stakeholder engagement and as part of these schemes.
