This purpose-built student accommodation scheme provides 326 study bedrooms across a mix of 4-9 bed student clusters over 8-9 storeys. Ground floor support accommodation provides the students with a secure communal entrance, soft lounge and screening room with external amenity landscaping.
The project is currently on site to be completed in 2019 at £43,000 per student bedroom.
Cathedral Road plays a key part of Derby’s regeneration plans. Located within the city’s Cathedral Quarter, the site is next to Derby College's Joseph Wright Campus on Cathedral Road, with the city centre within walking distance.
