The scheme comprises the conversion and extension of an existing office building, a new seven-storey building, and a two-storey administration office in the courtyard between the main buildings. It provides a variety of one-bedroom flats and cluster apartments with communal living spaces.

A contemporary use of high quality terracotta and vertical timber cladding is combined with pop-out windows and coloured enamelled panels to create a strong identity for the buildings in this prominent scheme. The buildings have been designed to maximise energy efficiency and their solar orientation.

All the units meet Lifetime Homes standards ensuring that the homes are attractive, affordable, secure as well as giving residents interior spaces that are flexible to adapt to their changing needs.
