We worked with Castleforge on the phased strip out and refurbishment of the existing six-storey Festival House office building in Cheltenham, creating 27,000sqft of vibrant co-working and serviced office space.

The scheme includes private and shared offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and breakout spaces and an F&B members club space, as well as upgrades to the existing MEP services installation to improve the energy performance of the building.

Occupants will benefit from generous amenity provisions, from breakout spaces featuring artworks from the Saatchi Gallery, to private meeting booths and a roof terrace boasting views of natural beauty spot, Leckhampton Hill.
